canonicalize_dependency_path_relative_to 🔒

If dependency has a relative path, assume it’s relative to base and canonicalize it.

find_cached_edition 🔒

Find the latest cached edition for a program in the local registry. Returns None if no cached version exists.

parse_dependencies_from_aleo 🔒

Parse the .aleo file’s imports and construct Dependencys.
